Amy is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 2000. She began working in Real Estate as an Appraiser Trainee and joined Bonnie & Cathy in 2000. Now married with a son, Amy has daily contact with the potential buyers of your home. Amy also focuses on upcoming housing trends. Amy and Bonnie partner on many aspects of the entire real estate transaction especially working with contractors for any potential repairs or recommended updates.

Nicolette is a graduate of Philadelphia University and has been a licensed Realtor in Delaware since 2005. She started at the Patterson-Schwartz Appointment Center in 2001 and joined our group in late 2005. Nicolette is our listing coordinator and is often the initial point of contact for our office. Nicolette lives in the City of Wilmington.

Marie has worked with Bonnie since 1991. With extensive administrative and settlement experience, Marie coordinates our closings and creates our weekly newspaper advertisements. She is the main contact with the lenders and attorneys. She handles all the details of our closings with the utmost attention to detail and is the main contact with the clients about the final steps of selling or purchasing a home, allowing settlements to be hassle-free without any of those last minute surprises.

Carol has been our professional photographer since 2004 and uses a high-quality 35mm digital camera. She has an eye for what looks best and portrays it well through her photographs and virtual tours. She stages rooms, giving advice and suggestions for the best possible showing effect. Carol designs our brochures and advertisements and maintains our website. She is also a local photographer in our Brandywine Valley.
